| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro realizaci a provoz webové aplikace, která nabídne veřejný prostor pro transparentní hodnocení školení na českém trhu. Aspirací této práce je zvednout úroveň nabízených školení skrze tato hodnocení a ušetřit čas a zdroje všem zainteresovaným stranám – školitelům, účastníkům i firmám, které zastupují obě strany. Součástí práce je i návrh a analýza této webové aplikace. Teoretická část práce představuje rozsáhlou rešerši literárních pramenů, popisuje základní pojmy a zabývá se dále byznys modely existujících hodnotících systémů. V práci je dále zahrnuto vyhodnocení výzkumu zabývající se zájmem potenciálních zákazníků uvedeného cíle a závěrem práce jsou nastíněny vize a plány do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | Aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for development and maintenance of a web application, which will offer a public space for transparent reviews of learning courses on Czech market. Aspiration of the thesis is to increase a standard of offered courses in the market and thus to save time and resources of all stakeholders - trainers, students and companies that represent both sides. An important component of the dissertation is design and analysis of the web application. Theoretical part presents extensive research of literature, offers explanations of basic terms and looks into business models of existing reviewing systems. The thesis also includes an evaluation of research of interest of potential customers of the aforementioned business plan. The paper is concluded with visions and plans for the future of the application. |
