| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice autorského práva se zaměřením na hudební díla užitá v reklamě. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo na základě provedeného rozboru platné právní úpravy zjistit, jak jsou s využitím autorského práva chráněna hudební díla užitá v reklamě. V práci byla nejdříve analyzována problematika autorského práva jako takového. Dále bylo definováno hudební dílo. Jedná se o soubor několika svým způsobem samostatných složek a teprve jejich propojením posléze vzniká konkrétní autorská představa. Dále se práce zaměřuje na použití hudebního díla v reklamě. Jako případové studie se v práci uvádějí případy řešené Ochranným svazem autorským a soudy České republiky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of copyright with a focus on musical works used in advertising. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was based on the analysis of the applicable legislation to find out how musical works used in advertising are protected using copyright. The thesis first analyzed the issue of copyright as such. Furthermore, a musical work was defined. It is a set of several separate components in a way, and only by connecting them does a specific author's idea emerge. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on the use of a musical work in advertising. Cases solved by the Copyright Protection Association and the courts of the Czech Republic are presented as case studies. |
