| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou osobních údajů v podnicích v ČR a na Ukrajině. Cílem této práce je podrobně prostudovat pojem osobních údajů, ochranu těchto údajů, a také analyzovat, zda existují rozdíly v jejich ochraně v ČR a na Ukrajině.První část popisuje pojem informace, jejich vlastnosti a typy. Je zde také rozebrána právní ochrana informací v České republice a na Ukrajině. Na konci této části jsou popsány informační hrozby, kanály úniku informací a hlavní metody ochrany.Druhá část práce se zabývá pojmem osobní údaje a jejich hlavními charakteristikami. Dále je popsán způsob zpracování a ochrany osobních údajů na základě zákonů o ochraně osobních údajů České republiky a Ukrajiny.V poslední části práce je popsán koncept ochrany osobních údajů v reálných podnicích, to je analýza toho, jak to v praxi probíhá. Nejprve je uveden stručný popis firem a jejich činností. Následně je studována a popsána ochrana informací, a jako samostatná položka je popsáno, jak jsou osobní údaje v podnicích chráněny, jaké zákony jsou dodržovány a jaké rozdíly vznikají v oblasti ochrany informací a osobních údajů v České republice a na Ukrajině. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the protection of personal data in enterprises in the Czech Republic and Ukraine. The aim of this work is to study in detail the concept of personal data, the protection of these data, and to analyze whether there are differences in their protection in the Czech Republic and Ukraine.The first part describes the concept of information, its properties, and types. Legal protection of information in the Czech Republic and Ukraine is also discussed. At the end of this section, information threats, information leakage channels, and major protection methods are described.The second part deals with the concept of personal data and their main characteristics. The following describes the processing and protection of personal data on the basis of data protection laws of the Czech Republic and Ukraine.The last part of the thesis describes the concept of personal data protection in real enterprises, it is an analysis of how it is going on in practice. First, a brief description of companies and their activities is given. Subsequently, the protection of information is studied and described, and as a separate item, it is described how personal data in enterprises are protected, what laws are followed and what differences arise in the area of information and personal data protection in the Czech Republic and Ukraine. |
