| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá moderní technologií cloud computing, která umožňuje společnostem využívat nejmodernější technologie a infrastrukturu pro podporu jejich byznysu. Podnikatelské subjekty, se zájmem o cloud, by měly mít přehled o svých aktivech, které chtějí přesunout do cloudu. A zároveň musí znát připravenost svých aktiv pro vstup do cloudového řešení a být na tuto změnu připraveny. Touto problematikou je provede v diplomové práci navrhovaný Cloud Scorecard, což je univerzální metoda měřící připravenost aktiv na migraci do cloudového prostředí. Metoda je dále v praxi testována na modelovém případě vybrané společnosti a pomocí sady rozhovorů se zástupci IT společností, jmenovitě Microsoft, Oracle a KPMG (divize Technology). Dále je zpracována analýza zralosti architektonických procesů, která vychází z mezinárodního architektonického rámce TOGAF, a metody měření ACMM. Analýza zralosti je jedním z rozhodujících kritérií Cloud Scorecard a celkově tak podporuje tuto navrženou metodu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with modern technology of cloud computing, which allows companies to use the latest technology and infrastructure. Entrepreneurs should be aware of their readiness to enter the cloud. In this master thesis, we deal with the issue by proposing a universal method called Cloud Scorecard. This universal method measures readiness for migration to cloud environment of certain assets in their companies. The method is further tested in practice on a model case. Model case is implemented on a selected company and further tested in practice thanks to a set of interviews with representatives of IT companies. These companies are namely Microsoft, Oracle and KPMG (Technology division). Furthermore, we will create a maturity analysis of IT architectural processes, mainly based on the international architectural framework TOGAF, and the ACMM measurement method. Maturity analysis is one of the decisive criteria for Cloud Scorecard, and overall supports this proposed method. |
