| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zjednodušit komunikaci občana s obcí za pomocí chatbot řešení, které je použitelné na webu. Řešení používá službu Watson Assistant pro zpracování přirozeného jazyka, nodeJS backend a přístupný frontend postavený pomocí knihovny React. Výsledné řešení umožňuje snadné začlenění do stávajících webových stránek a zodpovědět základní otázky týkající se informací o obci a životních situacích. Řešení je navrženo tak, aby mohlo být minimálními úpravami přizpůsobeno individuálním potřebám jednotlivých obcí a měst. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to make the communication of citizens with municipal easier using chatbot solution that is deployed on a website. The solution is built with Watson Assistant natural language processing, nodeJS backend and accessible React frontend. The resulting solution can be included in the existing website and it can answer basic questions about municipal and life situations. The solution is designed to be used in any municipal website with minimal modifications. |
