| Abstract: | Vztah mezi informačními systémy a organizační strukturou je diskutovaným předmětem výzkumů již několik desítek let. Nicméně výzkum v této oblasti je považován za důležitý a potřebný pro častou kritiku nekonzistentních dat a výsledků z výzkumů. Vzhledem k velkému vlivu technologií a informačních systémů na organizaci, je vhodné se této oblasti věnovat. Organizační struktura a informační systémy jako komponenty organizačního designu jsou ve vzájemném vztahu. Tento vzájemný vztah mezi informačními systémy a organizační strukturou je východiskem pro tento výzkum za účelem porovnání stávající literatury s reálnou praxí v organizacích. Diplomová práce si klade za cíl tento vztah prozkoumat v teorii i praxi pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu. Na závěr jsou poskytnuty zjištěné výsledky o současném vzájemném vztahu mezi informačními systémy a organizační strukturou, které poskytují překvapivé zjištění v porovnání s literární rešerší. |

| Abstract: | The relationship between information systems and organizational structure has been topic of researches for many decades. However, research in this situation is considered important and necessary for frequent criticism of inconsistent data and research results. Considering the facts how the current information systems are influencing organization it is appropriate to devote on this field of study. Organizational structure and information systems as components of organizational design are highly interdependent. This interdependence between information systems and organizational structure is a foundation for this research to provide comparison of present literature review and reality in the organizations. The aim of this diploma thesis is to explore this relationship in theory and practice by means of qualitative research. In conclusion, the results of the current correlation between information systems and organizational structure are provided, which provide a surprising results in comparison with the literature research. |
