| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na hledání podkladů ke stanovení trendů v inovačním procesu v neziskových organizacích. Hlavním cílem je ve třech vybraných organizacích s různou právní formou posoudit, zda a jak mají nastaven a jakými prostředky prováděn proces inovací. Teoretická část popisuje vymezení základních definic právních forem dle zákona a dále vlastní vymezení pojmu inovace. Předmětem teoretické části jsou popsané současné trendy, a to především v oblasti sociálních inovací včetně managementu hodnocení. Praktická část je provedena na základě stanovených výzkumných otázek, které jsou podkladem pro šetření v jednotlivých organizacích. Šetřením bylo zjištěno, že některé organizace mají nastavené procesy dle uvedených trendů a k jejich naplnění používají správné kroky realizace. |

| Abstract: | The final thesis is focused on finding the basis for determining trends in the Innovation process in non-profit organizations. The main objective is to assess in all three selected organizations of different legal form whether and how they have set up the process of Innovation and how they are implementing it. The theoretical part describes the definition of the basic terms of the legal framework according to the law, and the definition of the concept of Innovation. The theoretical part also describes the current trends, especially in the area of social Innovation, including evaluation management. The practical part includes development of research questions, which are the basis for the investigation in individual organizations. The investigation revealed that some organizations have set up processes according to the above trends and use the correct steps to implement them. |
