| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním sociální politiky České republiky a Dánska týkající se rodin s dětmi a popisuje význam sladění rodinného a pracovního života v kontextu zaměstnanosti rodičů s dětmi za pomoci alternativních pracovních úvazků. Cílem je analyzovat trh práce Dánska a České republiky z hlediska zaměstnanosti žen s malými dětmi, využívání alternativních pracovních úvazků a atypické pracovní doby. Je zjišťováno, zda systém zavedený v Dánsku by mohl být určitou inspirací pro různá politická rozhodnutí a legislativní opatření týkající se zapojení matek s dětmi na trhu práce v České republice a informuje o důležitosti možnosti sladění práce a rodiny. Následná shluková analýza provedená na základě zmíněných ukazatelů znázorňuje rozdělení vybraných zemí Evropské unie do shluků, v nichž se nachází země se společnými znaky. Cílem analýzy je porovnat vybrané země Evropské unie podle těchto ukazatelů a zjistit, zda je český a dánský trh práce ve vztahu k rodinám s dětmi podobně nebo odlišně nastaven. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on the comparison of the Czech and Danish social policies concerning families with children and describes the importance of work-life balance in the context of the employment of parents with children using flexible work arrangements. The aim is to analyze the labor market of Denmark and the Czech Republic from the point of view of the employment of women with small children, the use of flexible work arrangements and atypical working hours. The thesis detects whether the system introduced in Denmark can be as a source of inspiration for various political decisions and legislative measures concerning the involvement of mothers with children in the labor market in the Czech Republic and informs about the importance of work-life balance. The subsequent cluster analysis based on these indicators shows the distribution of selected European Union countries into clusters that contain countries with common features. The aim of the analysis is to compare selected European Union countries according to these indicators and to find out whether the Czech and Danish labor markets are similarly or differently set in relation to families with children. |
