| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a tvorbu modelů s využitím metodiky MMABP (Metodika modelování a analýzy podnikových procesů). Cílem této práce je popsat proces vydávání biometrických pasů na Ministerstvu zahraničních věcí České republiky, od podání žádosti až po předání pasu, za použití standardizované metodiky pro business (MMABP). První část práce je teoretická, kde jsou popsány klíčové pojmy, metodika modelování podnikových procesů a jednotlivé druhy modelů, zároveň je v této části popsán i zkoumaný subjekt (Ministerstvo zahraničních věcí České republiky) a jím vydávané pasy. Druhou částí je část praktická, ve které jsou použity poznatky z teoretické části práce, jejíž součástí jsou jednotlivé modely reality (globální, tříd, procesní a životních cyklů). |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on analysis and creation of models using MMABP (Methodology of Business Process Modeling and Analysis). The aim of this work is to describe the process of issuing biometric passports at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, from filing an application to handover of a passport, by using standardized business methodology (MMABP). The first part of the thesis is theoretical, where the important terms, the methodology of business process modeling and individual types of models are described, as well as the subject (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic) and passports issued by it. The second part is the practical part, in which the knowledge from the theoretical part is used, which includes individual models of reality (global, classes, process and life cycles). |
