Using Nexus framework for scaling agile methodology Scrum

Diploma thesis with a name "Using of the Nexus framework to scale Scrum agile methodology" examines Nexus framework, which originated in year 2015 in order to scale Scrum methodology without breaking agile principles. Aim of this thesis was to describe the Nexus framework, compare the framework to other scaling methods, and make conclusions via quantitative research about the advantages and disadvantages of Nexus framework. The goal of the thesis had been reached by creating extensive theoretical description of the Nexus framework in Czech, by comparing the two most used scaling methods to Nexus framework and by conducting quantitative research through an interview followed by defining strengths and weaknesses of the Nexus framework. This thesis should be beneficial to those who are interested in learning about the Nexus framework, gaining insights into how implementation and conducting of the Nexus framework has worked in real Czech working environment, and in informing themselves about the strengths and weaknesses of the framework. In case of making a decision whether to implement Nexus framework, the readers receive hints, whether the framework is suitable for their environment or not.
