| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá literární rešerší metody mystery shopping a jejího využití pro hodnocení zaměstnanců. Případová studie provedena na dvou českých organizacích zkoumá formy mystery shoppingu, nastavení standardů a checklistu, obsah a formu zpětné vazby, vliv odměn, dopady mystery shoppingu na organizaci, práci s výsledky a pohled zaměstnanců na tuto metodu. |
