| Abstract: | GDPR klade na organizace nové požadavky v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany osobních údajů. Ačkoliv Nařízení vychází z best-practice v oblasti bezpečnosti, mnoho organizací stále nemá jasno v tom, jaká musí zavést opatření, aby byla s GDPR v souladu. Z této reformy ochrany osobních údajů se stává velice diskutované téma soukromého a veřejného sektoru České republiky. Důvodem velkého zájmu o Nařízení je především velké množství změn v povinnostech správců i zpracovatelů osobních údajů, které Nařízení přináší, a skokové navýšení správních sankcí, které za porušení těchto povinnosti hrozí. Cílem diplomové práce je zavést GDPR Compliance ve středně velké společností a popsat zdroje, použité k implementaci GDPR. |

| Abstract: | GDPR obliges the company with new requirements in the security area and personal data protection. Although the Regulation based on best-practice safety in the security area, many organizations are still unclear about the measures they need to take to comply with GDPR. The issue of the private and public sector of the Czech Republic has become highly discussed because of the personal data protection reform. The reason for the high interest in the regulation is primarily a large number of changes in the duties of personal data administrators and processors, which the regulation brings. In addition, it brings a sudden increase in administrative penalties in case of inconsistency of these duties. The target of the diploma is implementation GDPR compliance in the medium-size company and describe the resources used for it. |
