| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je primárně zaměřena na vymezení pojmů investiční fond, obchodní korporace a dalších navazujících pojmů. Práce se dále zabývá obecnou úpravou obchodních korporací podle zákona č. 90/2012 Sb., o obchodních společnostech a družstev a její komparací se zvláštní úpravou právních forem investičních fondů podle zákona č. 240/2013 Sb., o investičních společnostech a investičních fondech. V práci budou podrobně porovnávány právní úpravy a odlišnosti komanditních společností, akciových společností, akciových společností s proměnným kapitálem a komanditních společností na investiční listy, přičemž kritéria porovnávání budou instituty finančního a obchodního práva, které jsou významné z hlediska investování. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is primarily focused on defining the concept of investment fund, business corporation and other related concepts. Further, the thesis deals with the general regulation of business corporations under the Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on Commercial Companies and Cooperatives and its comparation with specific legal regulations of investment funds under the Act. No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds. The thesis will compare in detail legal regulations and differences between limited partnership companies, joint-stock companies, joint-stock companies with variable registered capital and limited partnership companies with investment certificates. Comparative criteria will be financial and commercial law institutes that are important in terms of investing. |
