Current trends in BI and their analysis

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to map the most important and recent trends in the field of Business Intelligence. We will then show, how to use them and in which specific systems we can find these trends in. At first, the reader is going to get familiar with the general BI architecture, where he acquires theoretical knowledge of the subject, which is necessary for basic understanding of Business Intelligence. Later in this work, the reader will become familiar with the most recent trends that currently exist on the market. At the end of the work, the reader is given examples of how to use the BI system and its architecture.

Hlavním cílem této práce je zmapovat nejdůležitější a nejnovější trendy současnosti v oblasti Business Intelligence. Následně si ukážeme jejich využití a uvedeme si, ve kterých konkrétních systémech si tyto trendy můžeme najít.Nejdříve je čtenář seznámen s obecnou architekturou BI, kde nabude teoretické znalosti v dané problematice, které jsou potřebné k základnímu chápání Business Intelligence.Později se v této práci čtenář jednotlivě seznámí s nejaktuálnějšími trendy, které se v současnosti vyskytují na trhu. Na konci práce jsou čtenáři poskytnuty příklady z praxe jak je možné využít BI systém a jeho architekturu.
