| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými aspekty související s kybernetickou kriminalitou. Cílem práce je analýza těchto jevů, vytvoření uceleného pohledu na danou problematiku a pochopení souvislostí. Dalším cílem je zjištěné teoretické poznatky doložit konkrétními případy ze současnosti, které jsou na základě dostupných informací analyzovány. Ze zjištěných skutečností jsou následně vyvozeny směry, kterými se kybernetická kriminalita v současné době ubírá.Úvodní část práce je vytvořena na základě analýzy literárních zdrojů. Pro lepší pochopení následujících souvislostí jsou definovány základní pojmy, které s kybernetickou kriminalitou souvisejí, dále jsou uvedeny základní klasifikace jejích forem a stručně charakterizovány nejčastěji se vyskytující druhy této kriminality. Druhá část je zaměřena na současnou situaci. Na základně rešerše internetových zdrojů je vytvořen vzorek reálných kybernetických útoků z posledních let. Do této části práce je pro názornost zařazena jedna kazuistika.Na základě zjištěných poznatků, které vyplynuly ze současné situace, je v závěrečné části práce zpracován předpokládaný budoucí vývoj kybernetické kriminality. Výchozím ukazatelem je především četnost aktuálních útoků a nové možnosti, kterých mohou útočníci zneužít. Aby bylo možno těmto útokům předcházet, nebo alespoň minimalizovat jejich ničivé dopady, je v práci uveden i souhrn základních doporučení na obranu proti kybernetickým útokům. |

| Abstract: | The presented Bachelor thesis deals with the selected aspects of cyber crime. The aim of this thesis is to analyze these aspects and to form complex view of the problematics and understanding the context. The other aim is to document the theoretical knowledge with specific cases from the present days and analyze them based on available information. The directions of the cyber crime development can then be drawn from these findings.The introductory of this thesis consists of the analysis of literary sources. The basic cyber crime terminology is defined for better understanding. The basic classification of different forms of cybercrime and brief description of known types of cybercrime is also stated. The second part of this thesis focuses on the present situation. Based on the internet sources a sample of real cyber attacks from the past years is made. This part of the thesis contains one case study.Based on the findings from the present situation analysis, the final part of this thesis presents the presumed cyber crime development. The default indicator is the frequency of the present attacks and new possibilities that the attackers can misuse. In order to prevent these attacks, or at least minimalize the destructive impacts, this theses contains also the fundamental advises for the defence against cyber attacks. |
