| Abstract: | Práce aplikuje ekonometrické postupy v oblasti sportovní statistiky. Vstupní data pro simu-lační modely v práci popisují hráče Národní Hokejové Ligy (NHL). Obsahují hráčův průměrnýčas strávený na ledě a odhad jeho individuálního výkonu. Data byla získána použitím lineár-ního regresního modelu B. Macdonalda [1].Cílem práce je konstrukce a využití dvou modelů, které simulují střídání hráčů v zápase.Jejich výstupem je statistika odhadu síly týmu. Výsledky jsou porovnány s počtem získanýchbodů týmem v sezóně pomocí lineární regrese a dalších postupů. Výsledný ukazatel síly týmubyl v lineárním regresním modelu, který používá počet získaných bodů jako vysvětlovanouproměnnou, vyhodnocen jako signifikantní. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor thesis applies econometric methods in the area of sport analysis. Input datafor simulation models in the thesis describe players of National Hockey League (NHL). Theyinclude average time of a player on ice and his estimated power. Data were extracted usingB. Macdonald ́s linear regression model in his previous work [1].The thesis focuses on formulation and application of two econometric models, which simulatesubstitutions of ice hockey players during a match. The result is an estimate of team ́sstrength. It was compared to points, which teams gained throughout a season. In linearregression model, which uses earned points as a dependent variable, the result was evaluatedas significant. |
