| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce „Analýza byznys procesů a návrh IS ve fitness centru“ shrnuje základní poznatky z oblasti podnikových procesů a tvorby informačních systémů. Teoretická část se věnuje analýze a reengineeringu byznys procesů a představuje tři základní modelovací notace používané k jejich grafické reprezentaci: EPC, BPMN a Erikssonovo-Penkerovo rozšíření UML. Dále se zabývá procesním řízením a významem informačních technologií v procesně řízené organizaci. Další část shrnuje přístupy k tvorbě informačních systémů, varianty vývoje IS a jednotlivé vývojové fáze dle metodiky MMDIS. Závěr teoretické části je věnován jazyku UML určenému k objektově orientované analýze a návrhu IS. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány v praktické části práce na konkrétním podniku. Na jejím začátku je za pomoci byznys modelu Canvas a SWOT analýzy představena společnost Fittop fitness & spa. Následuje identifikace podnikových procesů a detailní specifikace a grafická reprezentace procesů určených k reengineeringu, který je proveden v následující kapitole. Další část se věnuje analýze současného stavu informačního systému, na jejíž základě jsou vymezeny problémové oblasti a stanoveny funkční požadavky na nový IS. V závěru práce je pomocí UML nástrojů vytvořen návrh nového informačního systému. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis „Analysis of Business Processes and Design of IS in the Fitness Centre“ summarizes the basic knowledge of business processes and development of information systems. The theoretical part deals with analysis and reengineering of business processes and presents three modelling notations used for graphical representation of processes: EPC, BPMN and Eriksson-Penker UML extensions. The next part gives an overview of business process management and the importance of information technologies in a process-driven organization. The following chapter summarizes the approaches to development of information systems and presents phases of development life cycle according to MMDIS methodology. The conclusion of theoretical part is focused on UML language used for object-oriented analysis and design of IS. Theoretical knowledge is applied in the practical part of the thesis. At the beginning, fitness centre Fittop fitness & spa in introduced by Canvas business model and SWOT analysis. Then basic business processes are identified, and six process selected for reengineering are specified by graphical models in EPC notation. The next chapter deals with reengineering of selected processes and demonstrates changes in those models. The following part is focused on the analysis of current information system and detects blind spots of the way how the system is used. Based on the analysis, functional requirements of the system are determined, and new information system is designed. |
