| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje analýzu zdravotních datových standardů na území České republiky a Evropské unie. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvořit koncepci řešení, obsahující doporučení pro prostředí České republiky v problematice zdravotních datových standardů. V úvodní části práce je za pomoci rešerše literatury popsáno několik vybraných zdravotních datových standardů. Následuje analýza stavu datových zdravotních standardů na území Evropské unie. Ta je provedena z pohledu jednotlivých států, a to za pomoc rešerše dostupných zdrojů. Pro doplnění analýzy proběhlo také několik rozhovorů. V rozhovorech je kladen důraz především na vnímání standardizace v elektronickém zdravotnictví a na vnímaní České republiky v rámci Evropské unie. Cílem rozhovorů bylo získat kategorizovaný pohled na problematiku standardů. Následně bylo vytvořeno doporučení na základě analýzy stavu datových zdravotních standardů v Evropské unii a za pomoci těchto rozhovorů. Výsledné doporučení obsahuje vytvoření mostu mezi tuzemskými a mezinárodními standardy pro interoperabilitu zdravotních systémů. Doporučené řešení přináší otevření České republiky světu v problematice sdílení zdravotnických dat. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of medical data standards in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The main aim of this thesis was to create concept of solution containing recommendation for the environment of the Czech Republic in the issue of health data standards. In the introductory part of the thesis, several selected health data standards are described using literature research. This is followed by an analysis of the current state of health data standards in the European Union. The analysis is done from the point of view of individual states. There were also several interviews to complete the analysis. The interviews emphasize the perception of standardization in eHealth and the perception of the Czech Republic within the European Union. The main goal of the interviews was to get a categorized view of the issue of standards. Subsequently, a recommendation was made based on and analysis of current state across the European Union and with help oh these interviews. The resulting recommendation includes the creation of a “bridge” system between national and international health interoperability data standards. The recommended solution brings the opening of Czech Republic to the world in the issue of sharing medical data. |
