| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vlivu účasti v programu Erasmus na budoucí výdělky, především na nástupní mzdu po absolvování vysoké školy, jakožto výchozí bod na trhu práce. Teoretická část obsahuje shrnutí teorie lidského kapitálu, který je zahraničním studijním pobytem prohlubován. Dále se věnuje investicím do tohoto druhu kapitálu a popisuje metody zkoumající výnosy z těchto investic. Popsán je také samotný program Erasmus a několik zahraničních studií na toto téma. V praktické části jsou analyzována data získaná pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky praktické části ukazují významný pozitivní vliv účasti v Erasmu na mzdy absolventů. V průměru byly nástupní mzdy u absolventů o 12 % vyšší. Diskutovány byly dále nepeněžní výnosy z těchto investic. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyzes the effect of participation in the Erasmus student exchange program on future earnings, especially graduate wages as the starting point in the labor market. The theoretical part contains a summary of the theory of human capital since human capital is deepened by participation in a student exchange program. It also analyzes investments in this form of capital and describes various methods used to measure benefits from these investments. The Erasmus program is also described here as well as several other empirical studies measuring this effect. An analysis of data collected through a questionnaire was conducted in the practical part. The results show a significant positive effect of Erasmus exchange program on graduate wages. On average, graduate wages went up by 12 % for participants. Non-monetary benefits were also discussed. |
