| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení analýzy podnikového okolí společnosti Philip Morris ČR a.s. Za tímto účelem jsou v teoreticko-metodologické části vymezeny základní pojmy strategického managementu a popsány vybrané nástroje strategické analýzy, které jsou později použity v části praktické. Vybranými nástroji jsou PESTEL analýza, Porterova analýza pěti sil a SWOT analýza. Na základě provedených analýz byla podniku v závěru doporučena agresivní růstově orientovaná strategie. |

| Abstract: | Selected tools are chosen to analyze the business environment of Philip Morris ČR a.s. The basic concepts of strategic management and abovementioned tools are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. The selected tools, which consist of: PESTEL analysis, Porter’s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis, are then used in the practical part. In conclusion, based on the results of implemented tools, an aggressive growth strategy is recommended. |
