| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je věnovaná problematice motivace a pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem je pomocí dotazníkového šetření odhalit aktuální stav spokojenosti pracovníků vybrané společnosti, zjistit její slabá místa a na základě zjištěných výsledků analýzy navrhnout možná opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení pracovní spokojenosti. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s motivací, pracovní spokojeností a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění stávající situace v organizaci pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dále následují výsledky dotazníkového šetření, pomoci kterých bylo zjištěné, že největší vliv na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců mají vztahy na pracovišti a styl vedení nadřízeného. Hlavním přínosem této práce je odhalení problémových oblastí a s nimi související doporučení. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of motivation and employee satisfaction. The main aim was to reveal the current level of employee satisfaction in the selected company via questionnaire, also to find out its problematic areas and on this basis the results to suggest possible measures that could contribute to the improvement of the job satisfaction. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of motivation, job satisfaction and factors affecting it are defined. The practical part is aimed at describing the current situation in the organization via survey. On the basis of the results obtained the most influencing factors on job satisfaction in the selected company were the relationships at the workplace and management style. The main benefit of this thesis is to detect the problematic areas and suggest appropriate recommendations. |
