| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou okolí podniku Emco spol. s. r. o. Jejím cílem je identifikovat a vyhodnotit vnější faktory, které určují jeho tržní pozici. Očekávaným přínosem je určení příležitostí a hrozeb pro společnost zejména v kontextu produktových inovací. Teoretická část definuje základní terminologii a popisuje metodiku vybraných nástrojů potřebných pro sestavení strategické analýzy. Prostředí je analyzováno z pohledu makrookolí a mikrookolí. Klíčovými nástroji jsou PESTLE analýza a Porterův model pěti sil. V praktické části jsou tyto nástroje aplikovány přímo na sledované odvětví. Na základě výsledků strategické analýzy budou v závěru bakalářské práce uvedena praktická doporučení pro Emco spol. s. r. o. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis elaborates the strategic analysis of the business environment of the company Emco spol. s. r. o. The aim of the thesis is to identify and evaluate the external factors influencing its market position. The expected contribution is to determine key opportunities and threats with regards to the company’s implemented product innovations. The theoretical part defines basic terminology and describes the methodology of the tools required for the strategic analysis compilation. The environment is analysed from the macro and micro viewpoint. Key instruments are PESTLE analysis and Porter’s five forces model. The practical part applies these instruments directly to the observed industry. The conclusion contains practical recommendations for Emco spol. s. r. o. |
