| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nejzávažnější dilemata sociální práce z pohledu sociálních pracovníků územně samosprávného celku. Práce se zabývá současným legislativním ukotvením sociální práce, které není dostatečné a nemůže plně rozvíjet své aktivity ve všech směrech. Teoretická část popisuje pojetí sociální práce v České republice, co ovlivňuje výkon sociálních pracovníků a co její současnou podobu determinuje. Praktická část se věnuje názorům hlavních aktérů, jimiž jsou sociální pracovníci odboru sociálního Úřadu městské části Praha 10. Bakalářská práce na základě analýzy problémů a dilemat sociální práce navrhuje nástroje vedoucí ke zlepšení postavení sociální práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the most serious dilemmas of social work from the point of view of social workers of territorial self-governing unit. The thesis deals with the current legislative anchoring of social work, which is not enough and cannot fully develop its activities in all directions. The theoretical part describes the concept of social work in the Czech Republic, what influences the performance of social workers and what its current form determines. The practical part deals with the opinions of the main actors, which are social workers of the Social Office of the Prague 10 district. The bachelor thesis proposes tools for improving the position of social work based on the analysis of problems and dilemmas of social work. |
