| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření konverzačního agenta (dále jen „chatbot“) pro fakultu informatiky a statistiky Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze, který simuluje inteligentní konverzaci. Práce obsahuje srovnání dostupných řešení pro tvorbu chatbota na trhu, podrobný popis a dokumentaci tvorby chatbota za pomocí jednoho zvoleného řešení, a rovněž zahrnuje detailní kvalitativní výzkum se studenty dané fakulty o výhodách a nevýhodách jeho aplikace do praxe. Získané poznatky jsou aplikovány do vytvořeného chatbota a následně otestovány autorem i několika studenty fakulty. Chatbot odpovídá automatizovaným způsobem na otázky současných i budoucích studentů Vysoké školy ekonomické a tím ušetří čas pracovníkům fakulty. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a chatbot for the Faculty of Informatics and Statistics of the University of Economics in Prague. The work includes a detailed description of the construction of chatbot and a comparison of all available platforms. It also includes detailed qualitative research amongst students of the faculty about the advantages and disadvantages of implementing and using a chatbot. The gained knowledge is applied, tested by the author and a few students of faculty. The chatbot answers questions of students of the faculty in an automated fashion and hence will drastically decrease the time faculty's employees need to spend on treating repetitive general questions. |
