| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán na založení cestovní kanceláře Travelito.cz, specializující se na organizaci dovolené na míru klientům, a následné zhodnocení proveditelnosti plánu. Nejprve je v teoretické části vysvětlena definice podnikání, podnikatele a následně struktura a postup při sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část je věnována samotné tvorbě konkrétního podnikatelského plánu včetně analýzy potenciálního zákazníka, konkurence, rizik, marketingového a finančního plánu a následného zhodnocení realizovatelnosti záměru. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for starting a travel agency called Travelito.cz. and evaluate if the business plan is feasible. The agency specializes on individual traveling and custom travel design. At first there is general definition of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur and guidelines when creating business plan for a new business. The practical part consists business plan for Travelito.cz itself. It includes analysis of risks, competition and potential customers, marketing and financial plans and final evaluation of feasibility of the project. |
