| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci materiálového toku orientovaného na obalové hospodářství výrobní společnosti Bosch Diesel s.r.o., podnikající v automobilovém průmyslu. Cílem práce je na základě již provedených analýz zlepšit využití nakoupených vícecestných obalů, s čímž souvisí i snížení nákladů na nákup obalů nových, což povede k celkovému zlepšení ekonomické situace podniku. V první části práce se zabývám základními pojmy z dané oblasti. V části druhé popisuji skupinu Bosch, jak z globálního měřítka, tak i vykládám detailnější popis divize Diesel sídlící v České republice. Závěrečná část analyzuje současný stav a navrhuje možné změny pro zvýšení efektivnosti použití nakoupených obalů a snížení nákladů na jejich pořízení. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on optimization of material flow oriented on packaging economy of production company Bosch Diesel s.r.o., operating in the automotive industry. The aim of this thesis is to improve the utilization of already purchased returnable packages based on the carried out analysis, which is associated with reduction of purchase costs of new packaging, which will lead to an overall improvement of the economic situation of the company. The first part deals with characteristics of basic notions of the field. The second part describes the Bosch Group, both from a global perspective and in a more detailed description of the Diesel division based in the Czech Republic. The final part analyses the current situation and suggests possible changes that would increase the efficiency of the use of purchased packages and reduce their purchasing costs. |
