| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlastnostmi služeb typu Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), které patří do kategorie cloud computingu. Cílem práce je analýza trhu českých poskytovatelů IaaS za účelem zjištění, do jaké míry vlastnosti jimi nabízených služeb vyhovují mezinárodnímu standardu ISO/IEC 17788:2014. Práce si také klade za cíl analýzu dalších vlastností IaaS služeb nad rámec základních charakteristik ze standardizace, která může sloužit jako podklad pro potenciální zájemce o vstup na trh. Analýza byla provedena pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Vytvořený dotazník byl rozeslán společnostem, které vyhovovaly stanoveným kritériím. Sběr dat probíhal v prostředí online nástroje s využitím emailové, telefonní a osobní komunikace. Zvýsledků vyplývá, že standardu vyhovuje 25 % analyzovaných služeb. Dále práce zjistila, že celkově 21 % českých poskytovatelů nabízí služby, které jsou plně v souladu se standardem. Výsledkem práce je také obecný přehled vlastností IaaS služeb, které jsou nabízené českými poskytovateli. Poznatky z této práce mohou přispět k lepší informovanosti subjektů, které na trhu s IaaS působí. Práce upozornila na specifické charakteristiky IaaS služeb, na které by si měl dát potenciální zákazník pozor. Na druhou stranu poskytovatelé mohou výsledky využít ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti svých služeb. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis looks into properties of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) service type which belongs to category of cloud computing. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the market of Czech IaaS providers in order to determine to what extent the properties of the services offered by them comply with the international standard ISO/IEC 17788:2014. The thesis also aims to analyse other features of IaaS services beyond essential characteristics from standardization, which can be used as a basis for potential market entrants. The analysis was conducted using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was sent to companies that met the criteria. Data collection took place in an online tool environment using email, telephone and personal communications. The results show that 25 % of the analysed services meet the standard. Furthermore, the study found that a total of 21 % of Czech providers offer services that are fully compliant with the standard. The result of this thesis is also a general overview of IaaS services offered by Czech providers. Findings from this thesis can contribute to better knowledge of subjects, that operate on the IaaS market. The thesis highlighted the specific characteristics of IaaS services, which the potential customer should beware of. On the other hand, providers can use the results to increase the competitiveness of their services. |
