| Abstract: | Diplomová práce s názvem “Komparace leasingu s dluhovým financováním na trhu nákladních automobilů“ se zabývá porovnáním dvou nejčetněji používaných financování při pořízení nákladního automobilu – úvěru a finančního leasingu. Práce je rozložena do metodické a praktické části. V první části jsou teoreticky objasněny významy forem financování, jejich druhy, právní, účetní a daňové úpravy. Dále jsem z výše uvedených informací shrnula výhody a nevýhody obou finančních produktů. Ve druhé části jsem popsala situaci na leasingovém trhu z historického i aktuálního pohledu. Ve třetí části jsem nejprve teoreticky uvedla základní porovnávací ukazatele a následně v metodické částky jsem je aplikovala na reálná data, která mi poskytla nejmenovaná leasingová společnost. Na základně výsledků a teoretických aspektů jsem vyhodnotila, jaké financování je pro daný obchod a údaje vhodnější. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis called “Comparison of leasing with debt financing on the truck market” deals with the comparison of the two most frequently used financing plans in the acquisition of trucks- loan and financial leasing. The thesis is divided into parts – methodical and practical. In the methodical part, there are forms of financing, their types, legal, accounting and tax adjustments theoretically explained. Furthermore, I summarized the advantages and disadvantages of both financial products based on the comparison data. In the next part I first introduced the basic comparison indicators and then applied them in the methodological amounts to the real data provided by an unnamed leasing company. On the basis of results and theoretical aspects, I evaluated what type of financing is more appropriate for a given case. |
