| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat uplatnění absolventů vysokých škol na trhu práce v České republice v letech 2007 až 2017 se zvláštním zřetelem na Pardubický kraj v souvislosti s hospodářským růstem, který s sebou přináší nízkou nezaměstnanost a nedostatek zaměstnanců. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny a shrnuty odborné pojmy jako nezaměstnanost a její měření či typy, fungování trhu práce a politika zaměstnanosti. Dále jsou zde nastíněny základní teorie trhu práce, teorie lidského kapitálu a teorie signalizace. Literární rešerše shrnuje pohledy českých i zahraničních autorů na státní politiku zaměstnanosti, vybrané teorie, terciální vzdělávání, a především na uplatnění absolventů VŠ na trhu práce v České republice. V praktické části je provedena již samotná analýza a následná komparace uplatnění absolventů VŠ v ČR a v Pardubickém kraji a také analýza krajské poptávky po práci těchto absolventů, díky které se podařilo vyvrátit tvrzení, že i přes velmi nízkou míru nezaměstnanosti a nedostatek pracovních sil na krajském trhu práce je pro čerstvé absolventy bez praxe stále výrazně obtížnější najít si pracovní místo než pro ty, kteří již praxí disponují. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the employment of university graduates in the labour market in the Czech Republic in the years 2007–2017 focused on the Pardubice Region in connection with economic growth resulting in a low unemployment and a lack of employees. The theoretical part explains and summarizes terms such as unemployment and its measurement or types, functioning of labour market and employment policy. Furthermore, the human capital theory, the basic theories of labour market and the screening theory are outlined here. The literature research summarizes the view of Czech and foreign authors on employment policy, selected theories, tertiary education and especially on the employment of university graduates in the Czech labour market. In the practical part, the analysis itself and following comparison of the employment of university graduates in the Czech Republic and the Pardubice Region is carried out as well as an analysis of the regional labour demand that helped to refute the statement that despite the very low unemployment rate and the lack of employees on the regional labour market, it is still significantly more difficult for fresh graduates without work experience to find a job than for those who already have experience. |
