| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá praktickým využitím celočíselného programování při řešení reálného problému v oblasti řízení zásob. Pro tyto účely jsou k dispozici data skladů vybrané výrobní společnosti. Úkolem je nalezení minima počtu objednávek materiálu při splnění specifických požadavků. Součástí práce je náhled do problematiky skladového hospodářství a řízení zásob obecně, popis společnosti a konkrétního problému, formulace matematických modelů, zápis těchto modelů v programovacím jazyce systému MPL for Windows, zkušební výpočty optimalizace, použití modelů pro komplexní optimalizaci zásob a zhodnocení výsledků. Přínosem práce je případná využitelnost modelů při procesu rozhodování. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with a practical use of an integer programming to solve a real problem in the field of warehouse inventory management. For this purpose, warehouse data of one manufacturing company are available. The aim is to find a minimum number of material orders while meeting the specific requirements. This thesis includes an insight into the warehouse management and warehouse inventory management issues in general, description of a company and particular problems, construction of mathematical models and their formulations in the programming language of a system MPL for Windows, testing of models followed by comprehensive optimization of the warehouse inventory and its result evaluation. The main contribution of this work is its possible use in decision-making processes. |
