| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl seznámit čtenáře s postupem tvorby OLAP kostky pomocí technologie Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services pro obchodní oddělení společnosti a následným reportingem z této kostky pomocí SQL Server Reporting Services. Součástí práce je také vytvoření datového modelu z dat, která společnost aktuálně používá. Tato data jsou transformována do podoby, která je vhodná pro tvorbu OLAP kostky. Současně čtenáře tato práce seznámí obecně s oblasti business intelligence, datovými sklady a samozřejmě OLAP kostkami v teoretické rovině. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint reader with the process of creating OLAP cube via Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services for the sales departement and reporting from this cube with SQL Server Reporting Services. Part of the bachelor thesis also includes creating a data model from data which company currently use. This data are transformed into a form suitable for OLAP cube. This bachelor thesis will also introduce readers to the areas of business intelligence, data warehouses and of course OLAP cubes in the theortical point of view. |
