| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou získávání a výběru nových zaměstnanců. V první části jsou popsány základní pojmy a obecné informace, které se týkají náboru zaměstnanců. Druhá část představuje společnost Dang Investment Group s.r.o. a jsou zde popsány jednotlivé postupy a metody, podle kterých se společnost řídí při získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Tyto popisy se opírají o informace, které byly poskytnuty při hloubkovém rozhovoru s hlavním personalistou společnosti. Cílem práce je porovnat teoretické informace se získanými údaji a zhodnotit účinnost používaných metod. Cíl práce byl naplněn a byly identifikovány nedostatky. Na základě nich byla navržená doporučení, která umožní společnosti řídit náborové činnosti efektivněji. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of hiring new employees. The first part describes the basic concepts and general information concerning the recruitment of employees. The second part is focused on Dang Investment Group s.r.o. company and it describes the procedures and methods which are usually used by the company while recruiting. These descriptions are based on information that was gained in an in-depth interview with the company's Chief HR Officer. The aim of the thesis is to compare the theoretical information with the obtained data and evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment activities. The aim of the work was fulfilled and shortcomings were identified. Due to them there were made recommendations which may help the company to manage recruitment activities more effectively. |
