| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce komplexně objasňuje problematiku zaměstnaneckých benefitů. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány cíle, vývoj a druhy zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Dále je vymezena legislativa související se zaměstnaneckými benefity, na kterou navazují účetní a daňové aspekty vybraných benefitů. Součástí teoretické části je také vymezení zaměstnaneckých benefitů dle Mezinárodních účetních standardů. V praktické části je zanalyzován systém benefitů ve společnosti Poradenství ABC, s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis clarifies issues about employee benefits. In the theoretical part there are described aims, development and categories of employee benefits. This part also covers legislation in connection with empoyee benefits which is applied later in accounting and tax aspects. There is also legislation defined by International financial reporting standards. The practial part is made of empolyee benefit analysis in company Poradenství ABC, s.r.o. |
