| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ochranou osobních údajů v informačních systémech. Daná problematika je aktuálně velmi diskutovanou otázkou. Nejprve je teoreticky popsán vývoj v ochraně osobních údajů, jsou představeny vybrané principy ochrany osobních údajů. Práce se detailněji zaměřuje na koncept „Privacy by Design“ a evropské nařízení GDPR, tyto přístupy jsou popsány jak na obecné úrovni, tak v souvislosti s informačními systémy. V rámci praktické části jsou nastíněny základní problémy a dodatečné požadavky kladené na informační systémy v souvislosti s ochranou osobních údajů. Cílem práce je navrhnout možná řešení těchto požadavků. Vliv ochrany osobních údajů je demonstrován na příkladu personálního informačního systému a procesech z oblasti personalistiky. V závěru práce je představeno existující řešení implementované na konkrétní informační systém. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the protection of personal data in information systems, an issue that is currently among the hot topis of the industry. Firstly, this thesis tackles the developments in the area of personal data protection and an introduction of a select number of its principles. Further attention is given to the concept of "Privacy by Design" and the ramifications of the General data protection regulation of the European Union. Both of these concepts are explored at the general level and also in the context of information systems. The practical part outlines the basic problems and additional requirements for information systems in connection with the protection of personal data. The aim of this thesis is to propose possible solutions to these issues. The influence of personal data protection is demonstrated on the processes and an information system used in the field of human resources. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to an existing solution implemented on a specific information system. |
