| Abstract: | Má bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a návrh nového business modelu, který využívá automatizační technologii RPA. Hlavním cílem této práce je zanalyzovat funkcionality a použití této technologie ve firmách a na základě těchto poznatků sestavit nové řešení s možností reálné aplikace. Tyto poznatky byly získány prostřednictvím strukturovaných rozhovorů a dotazníků se zástupci korporátních firem.V úvodní části mé práce popisuji celou problematiku automatizace a veškerá úskalí, se kterými se tato relativně mladá technologie potýká v korporátním prostředí. Zároveň se zde zmiňuji o základních principech IT governance v korporátních firmách a jak se tyto principy mění na základě nových technologií. Zde charakterizuji pojmy pro oblast analýzy RPA.Zbylá část se zabývá samostatnou analýzou prostředí, jeho charakteristik a návrhem jiného řešení pro korporace. Hlavním cílem této části je identifikovat a obeznámit s riziky, která jsou spojená s využitím RPA v nadnárodních korporátech. |

| Abstract: | My bachelor’s thesis focuses mainly on the analysis and proposal of new business model which is connected to RPA automation technology. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze functionalities and the way this technology is used in companies and based on this data, I would build a new solution with the option to put it into use. This data was collected based on structured interviews and questionnaires with the representatives of corporate companies. In the introduction I describe the whole nature of automatization and all problems this relatively young technology may face in corporate environment. Moreover, I mention the basic principles of IT governance of corporate companies and how these principals change based on new technologies. I describe all terms within RPA area.In the other part of my thesis, I focus on the analysis of the environment, its characteristics and the proposal of other solutions especially for corporates. The main goal of this part is to identify and get to know with risks which may occur with the usage of RPA in corporate companies. |
