| Abstract: | Obsahem práce je analýza současného stavu konkrétní zlínské společnosti vzhledem k plnění požadavků normy ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. Hlavní zaměření je na změny, kterými norma prošla. Následně po analýze jednotlivých požadavků normy jsou formulována doporučení, aby se společnost mohla ucházet o její certifikaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je představen management kvality, jeho přínosy pro organizaci a hlavní přístupy k systému kvality. Podrobnější pohled je zaměřen na normu ISO 9001:2015 vzhledem k její aktualizaci požadavků na organizaci. Praktická část práce je věnována společnosti AM Interiér, a.s., jejímu představení a analýze současného stavu, formulaci návrhů změn a doporučení, aby mohla společnost certifikaci kvality získat. |

| Abstract: | The content of the thesis is an analysis of the current state of a concrete company due to meeting the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 standard. The focus is on the changes the norm has gone through. Following the analysis of the individual requirements of the standard, recommendations are formulated to allow the company to apply for its certification. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduces quality management, its benefits for the organization and the main approaches to the quality system. A more detailed view is focused on the ISO 9001:2015 standard due to its updating of the organizational requirements. The practical part is devoted to AM Interiér, Inc., its presentation and analysis of the current state, the formulation of proposals for changes and recommendations in order to obtain quality certification. |
