| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat teoretické znalosti v oblasti rozhodová-ní s reálnou situací v konkrétní firmě. Vybraná společnost se musela v nedávné době rozhodnout pro nový software, a v této práci bude analyzován celý roz-hodovací proces. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů rozhodování, teoriemi rozhodování, rozhodovacím procesem a kvalitou rozhodování. V praktické části je popsán konkrétní rozhodovací proces. Informace o procesu jsem získala na základě strukturovaného rozhovoru s projektovou manažerkou a ředitelkou dané organizace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare theoretical knowledge in decision making with real situation in particular company. The selected company has recently had to opt for new software, and this work will analyze the entire decision-making process. The theoretical part deals with explanation of decision-making terms, decision-making theories, decision-making process and decision-making quality. The practical part describes the particular decision-making process. I got information about the process based on a structured interview with the project manager and the director of the organization. |
