| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce popisuje proces analýzy funkcionalit pro mobilní aplikaci veřejné správy, která je primárně zaměřena na potřeby občanů měst a obcí. Cílem práce je vytvořit seznam vhodných funkcionalit aplikace. Cíle bude dosaženo popsáním postupu životními situacemi občana v určité roli za pomoci konceptuální analýzy životních situací a aplikováním daného postupu při návrhu funkcionalit aplikace. Práce je rozdělena do pěti částí. První obsahuje úvod do problematiky veřejné správy. Druhá se věnuje analýze existujících řešení. Třetí se zabývá metodikou konceptuální analýzy životních situací. Čtvrtá obsahuje UML modely vytvořené pro potřeby této práce, ve kterých jsou zachyceny potřeby občana v různých rolích. Poslední část se věnuje rozboru funkcionalit. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis describes the process of analysis of functionalities for a public administration’s mobile application which is primarily focused on the needs of citizens of towns and villages. The aim of the thesis is to create a list of suitable functionalities of the application. It can be reached by describing the progress of going through life situations of a citizen in a particular role with the help of conceptual analysis of life situations and by using the process when designing the functionalities of the application. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first contains an introduction to the issue of public administration. The second focuses on an analysis of the existing solutions. The third describes the methodology of conceptual analysis of life situations. The fourth contains UML models created for the needs of the thesis. These models capture the needs of a citizen in different roles. The last part is dedicated to a breakdown of functionalities. |
