| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce sleduje a hodnotí vliv dvou oblastních muzeí na kulturní nabídku měst střední velikosti. Práce srovnává činnost Oblastního muzea v Litoměřicích a Oblastního muzea v Lounech z hlediska jejich sbírek, nabídky a zázemí pro návštěvníky, statistické návštěvnosti, personálního zabezpečení a rozpočtu. Popisuje také historický vývoj měst Litoměřice a Louny a jejich současnou kulturní nabídku. Cílem práce je definovat roli těchto muzeí v kulturním životě města na základě kvalitativních rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky muzeí a zástupci samospráv. Dotazníkové šetření mezi občany obou měst zjišťuje současné kulturní preference a návyky rezidentů. Práce v závěru nastiňuje doporučení pro zlepšení současné muzejní nabídky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis monitors and evaluates the influence of two regional museums on the cultural offer of medium-sized towns. The work compares the activity of the Regional Museum in Litoměřice and the Regional Museum in Louny in terms of their collections, offers and facilities for visitors, statistical attendance, staffing and budget. It also describes the historical development of Litoměřice and Louny towns and their current cultural offer. The aim of this work is to define the role of these museums in the cultural life of the town based on qualitative interviews with the managers of museums and representatives of local governments. The questionnaire survey among the citizens of both towns identifies current cultural preferences and habits of residents. In conclusion, the work outlines recommendations for improving the current museum offer. |
