| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití ekonomického potenciálu brownfields. V teoretické části představuje definici a typologii brownfields, příčiny jejich vzniku, problémy s nimi spojeny a porovnává je s greenfields. Taktéž představuje některé dotační programy, které v České republice podporují revitalizaci brownfields. V druhé části představuje některé z brownfields Pardubic a Prahy, na kterých již jsou realizovány projekty jejich revitalizace, či jsou plánovány. Třetí část obsahuje příklady některých nevyužitých brownfields v těchto městech a uvádí autorovy návrhy na využití jejich potenciálu. V závěru dochází k tomu, že veškeré brownfields mají potenciál pro využití a jejich revitalizace by měla být prioritou. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the use of brownfields‘ economic potential. In the theoretical part it presents the definition and typology of brownfields, the causes of their origin, problems associated with them and compares them with greenfields. It also presents some subsidy programs that support brownfield revitalization in the Czech Republic. The second part presents some of the brownfields of Pardubice and Prague, where projects of their revitalization have been or are being implemented or planned. The third part contains examples of some unused brownfields in these cities and presents the author's suggestions for using their potential. The conclusion states that all brownfields have the potential to be used and their revitalization should be a priority. |
