| Abstract: | Tento text se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodaření České národní banky a vyzdvihuje zvláštní dopady měnových intervencí na výsledek hospodaření. V teoretické části charakterizuje hospodářskou politiku, a jak s ní souvisejí centrální banky. Vysvětluje, co jsou centrální banky, jaké mají nástroje, cíle a jak vypadá jejich bilance. Praktická část se již zaměřuje na charakteristiku centrální banky České republiky – České národní banky. Analyzuje v letech 2005 až 2017 vývoj aktiv, pasiv a výsledku hospodaření České národní banky. Znázorňuje, jak Česká národní banka dělí výnosy a náklady dle účelu ve výsledku hospodaření a uvádí případné výkyvy v časových řadách. Nejvíce zajímavé výsledky hospodaření vykázala Česká národní banka v letech 2013 až 2017. Tyto hodnoty souvisely s měnovými intervencemi, což je důvodem, proč se text těmito intervencemi a jejich dopady zabývá. |

| Abstract: | This text analyses economy of the Czech National Bank and concentrates on the results of currency interventions on the net income. The theoretic part contains the characteristics of the economic policy and the role of central banks in it. It explains what the central banks are, what are their tools and goals and what does their balance sheet looks like. The practical part’s concern is the analysis of the central bank of the Czech Republic – the Czech National Bank. It analyses the development of assets and liabilities and the net income of the Czech National Bank between the years 2005 and 2017. It further illustrates how the Czech National Bank distinguishes profits and costs according to their purpose in the net income and discusses eventual fluctuations in the timelines. The most intriguing net incomes the Czech National Bank reported between the years 2013 and 2017. It was caused by currency interventions, which are therefore one of the main subjects of this text. |
