| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy zhodnotit dostupnost sociálních služeb jak z hlediska volné kapacity, tak z hlediska finanční dostupnosti pro seniory v okrese Děčín v letech 2012-2019. V teoretické části jsou pomocí literární rešerše popsány pojmy sociální politiky. Pro praktickou část byly zvoleny metody jako je analýza, syntéza a komparace. Pomocí dat získaných ze Střednědobých plánů Ústeckého kraje, výročních zpráv poskytovatelů, Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí, Českého statistického úřadu a z přímých kontaktů s domovy pro seniory, byl proveden výzkum. Z provedených analýz vyplývá, že nabídka i dostupnost sociálních služeb pro seniory je v okrese Děčín poměrně dobrá. Rozdílná kapacitní situace je na Děčínsku a Šluknovsku. Zatímco na Děčínsku je v domovech pro seniory kapacita nedostatečná, na Šluknovsku je naopak dostatek míst. V domovech pro seniory jsou navíc často umístění občané, kteří by ale měli využívat jiných sociálních služeb a tím by se uvolnila místa pro občany, kteří se o sebe nedokážou postarat. Z finančního hlediska si většinu sociálních služeb nemohou dovolit ženy, které pobírají příspěvek v III. a IV. stupni závislosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on the analysis to evaluate the availability of social services both in terms of free capacity and in terms of financial accessibility for the elderly in the Děčín district in 2012-2019. In the theoretical part, the terms of social policy are described using literary research. Methods such as analysis, synthesis and comparison were chosen for the practical part. Research was carried out using data obtained from the Medium-Term Plans of the Ústí Region, annual reports of providers social services, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Czech Statistical Office and direct contacts with retirement homes. The analysis shows that the offer and availability of social services for seniors is relatively good in the Děčín district. There is a different capacity situation in Děčín and Šluknov, while in Děčín area there is insufficient capacity in the retirement homes but in Šluknov area there are enough places. In addition, citizens are often placed in retirement homes but they should use other social services to make room for citizens who cannot take care of themselves. From the financial point of view, most social services cannot be afforded by women who receive a contribution in III. and IV. degree of dependence. |
