| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá analýzou nezaměstnanosti v České republice od roku 2007 do 1. poloviny roku 2018. Poskytuje ucelený pohled na trh práce, který je významně ovlivněn nízkou nezaměstnaností. Úvod teoretické části je zaměřen na trh práce a vysvětlení nabídky práce a poptávky po práci. Dále je komplexně popsána nezaměstnanost. Vysvětlena je zde historie nezaměstnanosti, důsledky nezaměstnanosti, státní politika zaměstnanosti a samotný výpočet míry nezaměstnanosti. Poslední část je věnována hospodářskému cyklu a makroekonomickému ukazateli – HDP. Praktická část se v první řadě zabývá analýzou nezaměstnanosti. Předmětem zkoumání jsou tři možné příčiny nízké nezaměstnanosti: ekonomický růst, se zaměřením na zpracovatelský průmysl, aktivní politika zaměstnanosti a věková struktura obyvatel, která cílí na skupinu obyvatel ve věku 15 – 64 let. Zejména díky kombinaci těchto tří faktorů je v České republice velmi nízká nezaměstnanost a na trhu práce je evidován nedostatek pracovní síly. Práce se dále zabývá důsledky nízké nezaměstnanosti. Jelikož existuje spousta negativních jevů kvůli nízké nezaměstnanosti, poslední část práce hledá jejich možná řešení. Analyzovanými řešeními jsou Průmysl 4.0 a migrace. Tyto typy řešení jsou již na trhu práce uplatňovány, proto je zde popsán jejich dosavadní průběh a závěrem jsou stanoveny predikce a doporučení do budoucích let. Přínosem práce je analýza příčin nízké nezaměstnanosti, zhodnocení dopadů nízké nezaměstnanosti a návrh jejich řešení. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the analysis of unemployment in the Czech Republic from 2007 to the first half of 2018. It provides a comprehensive view of the labour market, which is significantly affected by low unemployment. Introduction of the theoretical part is focused on labour market and explanation of labour supply and demand for labour. Furthermore, unemployment is comprehensively described. It explains the history of unemployment, the consequences of unemployment, state employment policy and the calculation of unemployment. The last part is devoted to the economic cycle and macroeconomic indicator – GDP. The practical part deals primarily with the analysis of unemployment. The subject of the research is three possible causes of low unemployment: economic growth, focusing on manufacturing, active employment policy and the age structure of the population, which targets a group of people aged 15 – 64. Especially thanks to the combination of these three factors, unemployment is very low in the Czech Republic and a shortage of labour force is recorded in the labour market. The thesis also deals with the consequences of low unemployment. Since there are many negative phenomena due to low unemployment, the last part of the thesis is looking for possible solutions. The solutions analyzed are Industry 4.0 and Migration. These types of solutions are already applied on the labour market, so their progress is described here, and predictions and recommendations for future years are set. The benefit of this work is the analysis of the causes of low unemployment, the evaluation of the effects of low unemployment and the proposal of their solution. |
