| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování strategických doporučení společnosti Austin Detonator, s.r.o. za pomocí využití metod a nástrojů strategické analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány jednotlivé dílčí analýzy, které budou dále aplikovány na vybranou společnost. Jedná se o analýzu makrookolí společnosti, která zahrnuje PESTLE analýzu. Dále o analýzu mikrookolí, jejíž stěžejní část tvoří analýzy struktury odvětví, fáze životního cyklu, mapa konkurenčních skupin a Porterův model pěti sil. Zpracována bude také analýza vnitřních zdrojů, která zahrnuje VRIO analýzu, hodnototvorný řetězec, portfolio a finanční analýzu. Všechny tyto dílčí analýzy budou použity ke tvorbě SWOT analýzy, která bude dále sloužit k vypracování strategických doporučení pro společnost. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to elaborate strategic recommendations of Austin Detonator, s.r.o. using the methods and tools of strategic analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there are processed individual partial analyzes, which will be further applied to the selected company. It is an analysis of macro environment that includes PESTLE analysis. Furthermore, the analysis of micro environment, whose main part is the analysis of the sector structure, the life cycle phase, the map of competing groups and the Porter’s model of five forces. An analysis of internal resources will also be compiled, including VRIO analysis, value chain, portfolio and financial analysis. All these partial analyzes will be used to create a SWOT analysis, which will further serve to develop strategic recommendations for the company. |
