| Abstract: | Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit design workshopu jako nástroje, kterým lze u zaměstnanců posilovat vnímání smysluplnosti jejich práce. Rešerše literatury v teoretické části ukázala, že smysluplnost práce je stěžením předpokladem pro spokojenost a angažovanost zaměstnanců, který v konečném důsledku vede k větší produktivitě a lepším pracovním výsledkům. Design workshopu byl otestován realizací ve vybrané organizaci – malé vzdělávací firmě. Na základě výsledků tohoto pilotního testování a následně provedených individuálních rozhovorů súčastníky, byl design workshopu upraven, aby lépe splňovat vytyčený cíl. Výsledkem práce je návrh workshopu, který lze použít v organizacích pro zvýšení vědomí smysluplnosti práce, posílení loajality a stmelení kolektivu. Tento workshop může být realizován v popsané podobě nebo může sloužit jako inspirace pro jiné aktivity s obdobným cílem. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work was to create a workshop design as a tool to strengthen employees‘ perception of the meaningfulness of their work. The literature review in the theoretical part showed that the meaningfulness of one’s work is a key prerequisite for employee satisfaction and engagement, which ultimately leads to greater productivity and better work results. The workshop design was tested by implementation in a selected organization – a small company providing education sevices. Based on results of this pilot testing and subsequent individual interviews with participants, the workshop design was modified to better meet the set goal. The result of this work is a blueprint of a workshop that can be used in organizations to increase the awareness of the meaningfulness of work, to strengthen loyalty and to unite the team. This workshop can be implemented as described or can serve as an inspiration for other activities with a similar goal. |
