| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na komparaci vývoje nezaměstnanosti podle vybraných ukazatelů trhů práce, které souvisejí s úrovní dosaženého vzdělání, v Pardubickém a Ústeckém kraji a České republice v letech 2005-2018. Vybranými ukazateli jsou struktura obyvatel a uchazečů o zaměstnání podle dosaženého vzdělání, struktura volných pracovních míst s požadovanou úrovní dosaženého vzdělání, obecná míra nezaměstnanosti, podíl nezaměstnaných osob a průměrný počet uchazečů na jedno volné pracovní místo. V teoretické částí jsou charakterizovány související pojmy a teorie, které se týkají vzdělání a nezaměstnanosti. V praktické části jsou především metodami analýzy a komparace vyhodnocovány současné stavy vybraných ukazatelů v jednotlivých oblastech. Výsledkem je srovnávací studie dvou krajů s rozdílnou úrovní problémovosti v této oblasti a jejich porovnání v makroekonomickém kontextu České republiky. Situace v Pardubickém kraji se ukázala na dobré úrovni, která je téměř vždy nadprůměrná v rámci celé České republiky, a naopak situace v Ústeckém kraji není dobrá ani přes poměrně příznivý vývoj ve vzdělání v posledních letech. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of unemployment development according to selected labor market indicators, which are related to the level of educational attainment, in the Pardubice and Ústí nad Labem regions and the Czech Republic between years 2005-2018. The selected indicators are the structure of inhabitants and job seekers by educational attainment, the structure of job vacancies with the required level of educational attainment, general unemployment rate, the participation of unemployed persons and the average number of job seekers per vacancy. The theoretical part describes the related concepts and theories concerning education and unemployment. In the practical part, the current statuses of selected indicators in particular areas are evaluated by methods of analysis and comparison. The result is a comparative study of two regions with different levels of problematics in this area and their comparison in the macroeconomic context of the Czech Republic. The situation in the Pardubice Region has proved to be good, which is almost always above average in the Czech Republic and, conversely, the situation in the Ústí and Labem Region is not good despite the relatively favorable development in education in recent years. |
