| Abstract: | Tato bakalářské práce analyzuje vývoj nezaměstnanosti v České republice v letech 2004-2017 a s tím související aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti.První teoretická část práce uceluje definice pojmů, ekonomické teorie, dosavadní poznání daného tématu a metody použité v praktické části práce. Cílem praktické části práce je jednak zmapovat vývoj nezaměstnanosti a dále komparace vývoje míry nezaměstnanosti s významnými makroekonomickými ukazateli prostřednictvím dat, které shromažďují státní orgány Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí a Český statistický úřad. V práci je také provedena analýza struktury nezaměstnaných osob prostřednictvím parametrů, které hrají významnou roli u lidí, kteří se účastní trhu práce, a to dle vzdělanostní struktury, dle pohlaví a dle délky nezaměstnanosti. Dále je analyzován vývoj nezaměstnaných, kteří patří do tzv. ohrožených skupin na trhu práce a v neposlední řadě je proveden rozbor výdajů na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti se zaměřením na rok 2017. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyses the development of unemployment in Czech Republic during 2004-2017 and the related Active Employment Policy.The first part of the thesis is theoretical and explains the definitions of concepts, economic theories, the current knowledge of given topics and the methods used in the practical part of the thesis. The aim of this thesis is to map the change in unemployment and also compare the levels of unemployment with major microeconomic indicators through data collected by the national authority of the Ministry of Work and Social Affairs and the Czech Statistical Office. The thesis also analyses how demographics such as education, gender and length of unemployment play an important role in the job market. It also analyses how unemployment rates among the so called endangered groups in the job market have evolved. Last but not least we analyse the expenditure and how it is allocated through Active Employment Policy concentrating on the year of 2017. |
