| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje mezd dle vybraných odvětví v České republice v letech 2004–2018. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti mzdové problematiky. Zdrojem pro praktickou část jsou data z Českého statistického úřadu. Práce sleduje vývoj průměrné mzdy v jednotlivých odvětvích dle klasifikace CZ – NACE se zaměřením na vývoj makroekonomických ukazatelů, které mzdu ovlivňují. Za pomoci analýzy průměrné mzdy jednotlivých odvětví je vyvrácena autorem stanovená hypotéza, že odvětví informační a komunikační činnosti vykazuje nejvyšší dynamiku vývoje mezd. Nejvyšší dynamika vývoje mezd je prokázána v odvětví zdravotnictví a sociální péče. V práci je také provedena komparace vybraných odvětví ekonomiky se zvláštním zřetelem na nejrychleji rostoucí odvětví, odvětví informační a komunikační činnosti a odvětví zdravotní a sociální péče. V komparaci jsou též diskutovány důvody, které mohou být příčinou konkrétního vývoje dynamiky mezd a jejich specifik pro sledované období. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyses the wage growth in chosen economic sectors of the Czech Republic between the years 2004–2018. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on defining the basic terminology of the wage growth problematic. The practical part of the thesis is based on data taken from the Czech Statistical Office. The thesis observes the growth of the average wage in individual sectors in accordance with the European Statistical Classification of Economic Activities (CZ – NACE), focusing on the macroeconomic indicators’ growth rate which influences the wage growth. The author’s hypothesis that the Information and Communication economic sector exhibits the highest development dynamics is rejected following an analysis of the average wage in individual sectors. The highest dynamics in wage growth is proved in the Human Health and Social Work Activities sector. The thesis also compares certain chosen economic sectors with a particular focus on the fastest growing sectors, the Information and Communication sector and the Human Health and Social Work Activities sector. In addition to that, the reasons for specific wage dynamics growth and their specifications for the observed period are discussed as well. |
