| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce má za cíl analyzovat vývoj zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti v regionech umístění výrobních závodů ŠKODA AUTO v závislosti na jejich výrobě. Ekonomické teorie, které jsou uvedeny v rámci teoretické části, se převážně zabývají problematikou nezaměstnanosti, která je analyzována v praktické části. Práce potvrzuje stanovenou hypotézu, že výše výroby ŠKODA AUTO nepřímo úměrně působí na nezaměstnanost v regionech závodů v letech 2005—2018. Hypotéza byla potvrzena v okrese Mladá Boleslav a částečně potvrzena v okrese Rychnov nad Kněžnou. V závěru je konstatováno, že digitalizace, robotizace a elektrifikace, která nastane v důsledku nové emisní legislativy, přinese výrazné strukturální změny nejen v automobilovém odvětví. Změny by však neměly mít negativní vliv na zaměstnanost ve ŠKODA AUTO, která se snaží přizpůsobit změnám trhu způsobených evropskou regulací. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the development of employment and unemployment in the regions of the location of the ŠKODA AUTO plants depending on their production. Economic theories presented in the theoretical part mainly deal with the issue of unemployment which is analyzed in the practical part. The thesis confirms the established hypothesis that the production level of ŠKODA AUTO inversely proportionally affects unemployment in the regions of plants in 2005—2018. The hypothesis was proved in the district of Mladá Boleslav and partly proved in the district of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. In conclusion, it is stated that digitization, robotization and electrification, which will occur as a result of new emission legislation, will bring significant structural changes not only in the automotive sector. However, the changes should not have a negative impact on employment in the ŠKODA AUTO, which is trying to adapt to market changes caused by European regulation. |
