| Abstract: | Snahou této bakalářské práce je přiblížení a analýza generace Z na českém pracovním trhu v roce 2019. Metody, které byly použity pro danou problematiku, jsou dotazníkové šetření, které bylo pokládáno respondentům z řad generace Z, a interview s personálními pracovníky různých firem. Na základě těchto šetření bylo odpovězeno na hypotézy, které se týkají zaměstnavatelnosti této generace, její diskriminace a průmyslu 4.0, který je doprovázejícím jevem rozvoje moderních technologii na dnešním pracovním trhu. Práce zároveň obsahuje návrh řešení, které by mohlo zatraktivnit pracovní pozice pro představitele analyzované generace, ať už pro ty, kteří jsou již plně připraveni pracovat, nebo ty, kdo ještě studují. V návrhovém řešení je proto představen pracovní portál formou aplikace. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to approach and analyze the generation Z on the Czech labor market in 2019. The methods are used for this thesis are the questionnaire survey, which was distributed among respondents from generation Z, and interviews with human resources personnel of different companies. Based on these investigations, was responded to hypotheses concerning the employability of this generation, its discrimination and industry 4.0, which is the accompanying phenomenon of modern technology development in today's labor market. Simultaneously, the content of the proposal is a solution could make job positions more attractive for representatives of the analyzed generation, either for those who are already fully prepared to work or are still studying. Job portal application is introduced in the design solution. |
